Much of my teaching philosophy was solidified during my tenure as a Teacher/Mentor at Fusion Academy. With extensive experience as a professional teacher, tutor, and mentor, I know what teachers expect and also understand students’ perspectives from outside the classroom. Over 14 years in the field, I’ve seen which concepts are most likely to appear on tests, I recognize the typical sources of confusion and errors, and I can determine the most effective communication strategies for different learning styles.
Having a private teacher familiar with these patterns is a major advantage.
